Terms of Service — Skycrumbs

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any digital product offered by Skycrumbs — including OpenCart extensions, modules, and any related software ("the Product") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the purchase or use of our products.

2. License

Upon purchase, Skycrumbs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Product on the number of OpenCart stores specified by your chosen license tier:

Single Site — use on 1 OpenCart store
Multi-Site / Agency — use on up to 5 OpenCart stores

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, repackage, or claim authorship of any Skycrumbs product or any portion thereof. Each license is tied to the purchaser and may not be transferred to a third party.

3. Third-Party Services

Some Skycrumbs products integrate with third-party services such as AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek) or payment processors. You are solely responsible for obtaining and managing any required API keys or accounts, and for any costs incurred through your use of those services. Skycrumbs is not affiliated with these providers and bears no responsibility for their availability, pricing, or terms of service.

4. Updates

All Skycrumbs products include free lifetime updates. As we improve and expand our products, updated versions will be made available to you at no additional cost. Updates do not expire and do not require a subscription.

5. Support

Every purchase includes 30 days of free support from the date of purchase, provided via email at contact form. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Multi-Site / Agency license holders receive priority support. For refund eligibility, please refer to our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Skycrumbs products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every OpenCart theme, extension, or hosting environment. Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skycrumbs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — any of our products. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or store downtime.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your jurisdiction.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of any Skycrumbs product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
