14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If a Skycrumbs product doesn't work as described on your OpenCart store, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. We ask that you reach out to our support team first — most issues can be resolved quickly. But if we can't make it work for you, you'll get your money back, no hassle.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to contact form with the following:
- Your order number or the email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue you encountered
We will confirm your refund within 1 business day and process it within 3–5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Eligibility
Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, we are unable to process refunds — but your license remains valid, and you will continue to receive all future updates and support.

Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are handled through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are subject to Paddle's processing timelines and any applicable payment processor requirements. In most cases, refunds appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
